Is airfare included?
No, airfare is not included in Snap Retreat packages. However, transportation is included and will be arranged to and from the airport upon arrival and departure for all attendees and guests of Snap Retreat.
Staff is happy to assist and advise on flights and airfare as we get closer to the event.
How is COVID-19 impacting Snap Retreat 2024?

Do I need a passport?
Yes, you will need a passport in order to travel outside the US and attend SNAP Retreat. SNAP Retreat Staff will help advise you on any additional travel documents that may be required.
What should I bring?
Before SNAP Retreat we will send out a full list of recommendations and things to pack. There is no need to go on a major shopping spree etc. We will be in warm tropical weather so beach clothing, swimsuits, summer dresses, and tropical attire are all encouraged.
What happens once I land?
SNAP Retreat will arrange all ground transportation upon arrival for all SNAP attendees and guests. We will have a private shuttle service pick you up and take you to the resort to meet the rest of our group. We will provide the same service at the end of the event. Our shuttle service will pick you up from the resort and take you straight back to the airport.
What safety protocols are followed?
Safety is and always has been our top priority. This will be our 7th event and each year we work diligently to ensure that we are working with the vendors and partners who maintain our same standards in regard to safety. We carefully research, and vet all of our partners who we choose to work with.
Am I required to attend the event seminars?
No, attendees are not required to attend the seminars offered. However, access to all of the SNAP seminars is included in the registration fee for all attendees. Seminars may not be required but are highly encouraged. This event is catered to help attendees learn, connect, and work together. Seminars will provide valuable information that can help your career and personal development.
